Latest Updates from Our Project:
Paintings, Mag Recs, RazorCandi Book Has Not Yet Hit Goal

So, last night, Kickstarter sent us (and maybe some of you?) a message saying:
"Ready? Set? Scream! Your project hit its goal. Congratulations!"
So we were breaking out the champagne and getting excited that we might actually hit our stretch goal and get to create and send out a bunch of free Razor Candi calendars to backers too.
Only it turned out we had gotten a fake pledge. Super disappointing that someone would do something so mean. Not sure how many of you got notices from Kickstarter that the project made it, but it has not. Keep in mind that Kickstarter is all or nothing, but it is also risk-free to you all, so, if we do not hit the goal, nobody gets charged anything and we do not get anything. Charges will not go through until after the end of the project time period.
But the hardcover coffee table photo art book project is at 92% now, with 6 days to go, so we are still optimistic. Maybe we will even hit the stretch goal!
Please do keep sharing the link http://kck.st/2bMrEhY on your social media and web sites. If you know any publications (web sites, magazines, podcasts) who would be great to have do press coverage on this project, we'd love your suggestions and recommendations.
Just added a few one-of-a-kind paintings to the Kickstarter. If you would like some sort of combination of possible rewards or don't see exactly what you are craving, please drop us a line and we'll try to figure something out. If you want ad deals or extensive photography (beyond a fan sign) for a company, please contact [email protected]
Thanks! We really really appreciate all of your support :-)

Thank you so so so much to all of you backers who have brought this hardcover coffee table photo art book so close to fruition on Kickstarter. 74% funded so far!
By request, just added a combination photo shoot and ad page option for larger indie businesses who are interested in getting an extensive catalog shoot or something similar. If you have questions about getting this reward, you can message here or email Octavia at [email protected] for help on your specific needs.
As always, it helps if you share the link to this Kickstarter http://kck.st/2bMrEhY or the press it has received on sites and social media. Thanks again for all of your help! Remember our stretch goal includes a free calendar :-)

At I Love The Devil, Sapphire Phoenix wrote the sweet article Support The Alt Goddess RazorCandi! Visit ILoveTheDevil.com (SFW) to read the whole article, but here is a quote:
"RazorCandi is super-hot and passionate about what she does, and her smooth skin, dazzling body and her seductive personality can have you howling at the moon with every image where you see her posing ... RazorCandi is a one girl army in when it comes to her modelling, as she does her own costumes and makeup and she is involved in many stages of the creative process and the execution of her shoots. She has also fulfilled many of your fantasies, and now it’s your chance to help her make one of her dreams a reality."
At Dirge Magazine, Annie Rose wrote the in-depth feature Interview: Gothic Fetish Model Razor Candi on Erotica, Art, and Crafting an Internet Persona Visit DirgeMag.com (NSFW) to read the whole article, but here is a quote:
"Razor Candi (a.k.a. Kym) is an Internet veteran, beginning in 1999 when she started to post her images and artwork ... Razor Candi is best known for creating all aspects of her “alternative,” dark, heavily tattooed pinup looks, including makeup, scenery, and clothing. Most recently she has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund her newest project, a coffee table book to be published by Blue Blood Press featuring gorgeous, high quality images of Razor Candi spanning her decade long modeling career. Dirge had the opportunity to discuss this new project with Razor Candi along with some of her thoughts on mainstream beauty, censorship, Internet persona, and erotic web content."
At APN, Ella DKay wrote the flattering article RazorCandi: Coffee table art book project Visit AltPorn.Net (NSFW) to read the whole article, but here is a quote:
"you’re bound to fall in love ... high quality pictures of the ever creative and beautiful RazorCandi, who has recently won the APN Awards for Best Altporn Membership site- Solo girl and Best Punk Shoot."
At Sexy Fandom, Jim Phoenix wrote the supportive article The book every RazorCandi fan needs! Visit SexyFandom.com (SFW) to read the whole article, but here is a quote:
"If you have read anything–at all–that I have posted about RazorCandi you know she’s my favorite model to review. After watching her Kickstarter video, well, let’s just say I was rather amazed. All of this time I’ve been covering RazorCandi and saying how great she was as a model and then paying a compliment to the design team for her wardrobe and then paying another compliment to the killer makeup…it turns out it was the same person I’ve been complimenting. Holy crow, I know Razor Candi is talented, but she’s a bloody genius too. I can’t believe she’s so artistic! Can you imagine an entire book of her BEST stuff?... Seeing Amelia G from BlueBlood being attached to it for publishing is a great cherry on top of the RazorCandi sundae. These two women are the top of their fields and to see Amelia G back this book is a great feeling. More art in the world is definitely needed and my hats off to the both of them."
